This is a great opportunity for you to learn about the Four Foundations of Mindfulness and apply them for the day today life. This six-week class will give you a clear idea of how to overcome all the unwholesome actions and thoughts in your life. All the meditations in the Four Foundations of Mindfulness will be discussed. Also, small booklets for all the meditations will be given, You have more time to ask questions during and after the class. There will be an opportunity to practice all the meditations that you have learned in this class in the Mindfulness Meditation class scheduled on Sunday. The recordings of each day in the class will be given. This will be really helpful to improve your mindfulness.
