About the Class

This weekly meditation class is designed for anyone interested in learning authentic Buddhist meditation in a calm and friendly environment.   No previous experience is required.

The session is guided step-by-step by a Buddhist monk, making it very easy for beginners to understand and practice meditation correctly.

Wearing white clothing is recommended as a symbol of simplicity and serenity, but it is completely optional.
